Andy Caroll is an English professional footballer who plays for West Bromwich Albion as a striker. He has played for several teams in the English premier league including Newcastle United, Preston North End, Liverpool, Westham and Reading.

He has contributed to the win of nine cups for the English National team.

In 2006, Andy began his professional football career with Newcastle. That year he was given on loan to Preston North End where he played for a short while during which time he scored his first premier league goal.

By 2008, he had enough tactics and could fit in the Newcastle United first team. He scored 17 goals by making 39 appearances earning immediate promotion on the spot.

In the following season before moving to Liverpool he scored 11 goals by making 17 appearances. Carroll made nine appearances for the English national team between 2010 to 2012, scoring two goals.
